What you'll be doing:

• Be the friendly face that welcomes every guest (and means it)

• Handle bookings, calls, and questions like a pro

• Get to know how the whole place ticks – from the restaurant to the wine list

• Help guests feel like members of something special

You'll thrive here if you:

• Are people-obsessed and love good energy
• Have experience working with customers (hospitality, events, retail - all count)
• Know how to use a computer (not just for TikTok)

The basic hourly rate is £12.21 plus 12.07% uplift for holiday pay = £13.68 per hour.
