Join our experienced and close-knit team as a Casual Forestry & Estate Maintenance Worker, where you'll play a key role in the upkeep of the Estate.

In this varied and hands-on position, you'll be responsible for maintaining the Estate’s amenity areas, roadside trees, forests, car parks, and public rights of way. This includes operating machinery such as tractors, chain saws, and telehandlers, as well as tasks like tree planting and managing the biomass boiler.

Although experience in manual handling and working with heavy items is helpful, we’ll provide training to ensure you’re fully supported in the role.

A passion for forestry and maintenance work, along with a positive "can-do" attitude, are essential to thriving in this position.

You’ll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a unique and fast-paced environment, all while contributing to the continued beauty and upkeep of the Estate.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience with tractors, telehandlers, and PTO equipment
• Proven experience in keeping machinery well-maintained
• A good knowledge of trees and tree planting
• Logical and methodical approach to problem-solving
• A friendly, positive, and helpful attitude
