Support Worker, Members Cafe -  pro rota up to 35 hours = £22,222.22

We are looking for a positive, flexible, and creative support worker to join our team at the Aldingbourne Country Centre, in our private training kitchen and cafe. 

You will be responsible for supporting people with learning disabilities, working alongside the Senior Hospitality staff member, and working as part of the Support Team, to deliver fun and inclusive cookery and hospitality training and develop the internal café at ACC

You will promote development, independence and involvement, while documenting progression and support requirements. You will promote a positive and welcoming environment in the café for all the people we support, our staff and volunteers and help develop the members area as a social hub.
