We are looking for a personable and enthusiastic individual who prides themselves on their attention to detail to fill our Customer Service Assistant position.

You will be part of our extended Golf At Goodwood team and experience the thrills of working at one of the most vibrant and successful golf clubs of its kind in the United Kingdom.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll be undertaking all reception and retail related tasks whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service at all times in line with the Goodwood standards. Among others, your responsibilities will include opening and closing the shop, using your skills to assist our customers with their purchases and completing a range of golf related admin tasks.


What do you need to be successful?

  • Previous customer service and retail experience are essential
  • You'll have excellent communication skills and be positive, friendly and professional
  • A knowledge of Golf is desirable, but not essential
  • Be able to work flexible shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays
     

Please note, due to shift patterns and our rural location, having your own reliable transport is essential.
