As E&H Marketing Manager you’ll be part of a thriving 365 day business, where you can expect the unexpected. You’ll lead a talented, friendly and supportive team of three. In conjunction with the E&H & Motorsport Head of Marketing & Communications you’ll be responsible for creating, managing and implementing an integrated marketing and communications strategy for all the Goodwood Estate venues. These include Hound Lodge, The Kennels, Goodwood House, The Goodwood Hotel, Meetings & Events, together with Weddings.

You’ll ensure all marketing activity is fresh, effective and engaging, while remaining consistent and aligned to the Goodwood brand.

As part of our high performing team you will add real value and the provision of an exceptional customer experience. Your outstanding communication skills and creative flair are required to deliver our Marketing plan at both a strategic and a tactical level.

With strong relevant experience, you will have the confidence to manage multiple stakeholder relationships working collaboratively towards a joint goal.

What you’ll need:

  • Strong and demonstrable experience at Marketing or Brand Manager level
  • People management experience
  • Experience and knowledge of the luxury hotel/travel sector
  • Ideally, degree educated and/or marketing qualified
  • Proven experience of developing integrated campaigns to support business goals
  • Demonstrable experience of digital marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of marketing tactics and measurement tools to influence campaigns and grow revenue

This role is offered on a fixed term contract for up to 1 year to cover a period of maternity leave.
