- Building, analysing, and reporting on survey results
- Presenting findings and recommendations in a clear and engaging way, supporting stakeholders to act on insights and drive meaningful outcomes
- Support the Data & Insights team with ad hoc analysis, report building and data projects
- Help to maintain and continuously improve the accuracy and integrity of key customer data systems
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, has a keen eye for detail, and is excited by the opportunity to turn data into actionable insights.
You'll have:
- Prior experience using Power BI and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with a variety of stakeholders
- A proactive and curious approach, with a genuine interest in understanding customers and business performance
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into clear, engaging recommendations that support decision-making and drive positive outcomes
Why join us?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team and make a real impact through data.
At Goodwood, you'll gain exposure to a wide range of business areas while helping teams make informed decisions that enhance both operational performance and customer experience.
If you're passionate about data, curious by nature, and enjoy uncovering the story behind the numbers, we'd love to hear from you.
