We have a vacancy for a Full-time Receptionist. As the face of our business you'll be the first to greet our members with well developed interpersonal skills as well as good personal presentation. You'll be calm under pressure, friendly and approachable. You'll already have at least one year's experience in a similar customer focused role, ideally with cash handling experience. You will have an excellent telephone manner and great communication skills to deal with a variety of queries, bookings and club events. Organised, numerate and IT proficiency are essential as you will assist with membership sales and administration. The hours of work vary according to the Club's operation, these hours include early mornings, late evenings, weekends and bank holidays, therefore applicants must have the ability to work flexibly. Due to the rural location of the Club, own or reliable transport is essential.
