We are looking for a confident and friendly person to perform a large variety of office duties for our small but busy Crawley office to cover maternity leave from now through to December 2010.

General office duties include invoicing, record listing, answering telephone calls, filing, banking, ordering stationery and organising business lunches.

The vacancy is for Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.

The ideal candidate will be prepared to work as part of a team, and have a professional and helpful telephone manner. Good computer skills are essential, with knowledge of Windows. You will also need to have a good grounding in Mathematics and English, be well organised and have a determination to complete tasks accurately.

Salary between £14,000 and £15,000 per annum (pro rata) commensurate with experience.
