Senior Sous Chef

We're looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. Supporting the Head Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding dining experiences across our events, developing exciting menus, nurturing culinary talent, and helping to showcase the very best of Sussex produce.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working as a Junior Sous Chef, Sous Chef, or in a similar leadership role within a high-quality kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of fresh ingredients, food preparation and service standards.
• A passion for creating innovative, seasonal dishes.
• Experience leading, motivating and developing a kitchen team. 
• Excellent organisation and communication skills. 
• A calm, proactive approach and the ability to thrive under pressure. 
• NVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery and a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
