You’ll be an integral part of our team, playing a key role in bringing our brand to life and influencing how people see, feel and experience Neal’s Yard Remedies across from skincare and body care to wellbeing and gifting.

In this role, you’ll help transform insight into powerful category growth, support new product development and collaborate with teams across the business to create campaigns that truly connect with our audience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the development of insight‑driven brand campaigns
  • Helping grow our key categories through thoughtful product positioning and strong campaign planning.
  • Contributing to NPD and EPD by exploring trends and analysing competitors
  • Working closely with our Creative, Digital and Commercial teams to bring campaigns to life across every channel.
  • Coordinating briefs, timelines and cross-functional inputs to keep projects moving with clarity and purpose.
  • Creating engaging presentations and storytelling materials.

What you’ll need

  • Recent brand management experience, ideally within Health & Beauty
  • A strong understanding of how brand storytelling lives in digital‑first environments
  • Confidence managing multiple projects, balancing creativity with commercial thinking.
  • Experience linking brand activity to commercial results, with solid financial awareness.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Great attention to detail, curiosity for innovation and a love of bringing ideas to life.
  • The ability to influence, build compelling propositions and work effectively across teams.
