The Goodwood Art Foundation is a new not‑for‑profit initiative founded by The Duke of Richmond. Set within the beautiful Goodwood Estate, our mission brings together Art, Environment, and Education to inspire and benefit communities locally and globally.

We are looking for a Casual Gardener to support the day‑to‑day care of our diverse landscapes and gardens. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a biodiverse, art‑inspired environment that supports learning and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out general garden and landscape maintenance, including mowing, strimming, weeding, planting, pruning, and watering
• Keeping grounds clean, tidy, and safe for visitors and teams
• Assisting with event preparations and a variety of on‑site activities
• Working collaboratively with the Gardens team to help maintain an exceptional visitor experience

• Experience in gardening, plant care, or grounds maintenance
• Basic horticultural knowledge and a willingness to learn more
• Confident operating garden machinery, with a full UK driving licence
• Positive, proactive, and a great team player
• Bonus if you have PA1/PA6 certificates or experience with ride‑on mowers or tractors
