My Choice Children's Homes provide nurturing homes for children across nine homes throughout Sussex and Surrey and a school in Sussex.

We provide a safe, nurturing and secure environment for the development of young people. We support children and empower them to face the issues both in their past and present that have caused them difficulties and to provide outstanding outcomes for them.

We are looking to recruit someone for two days per week who can provide first-class reception and administration services to the Company. Also, the ability to meet and greet all visitors with warmth and a smile and can exercise confidentiality, sensitivity and discretion.

To succeed in this role you will need –

• To be highly organised with good attention to detail, and a high level of confidentiality and discretion
• Ability to manage varied workloads and prioritise them
• Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Confident using IT systems (email, calendars, Microsoft Office, databases)
• Be able to work proactively with flexibility
• Ability to communicate and work with all levels of employees, clients and suppliers in a friendly, calm and professional, reassuring manner
• Excellent time management
