We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and experienced Facilities Manager to lead our small but dynamic site team; who keep our estate safe, legal, compliant, efficient and fully functional at all times, ensuring that the Aldingbourne Country Centre is an attractive and welcoming environment for everyone.
The Aldingbourne Country Centre, an Aldingbourne Trust social enterprise, is a 26 acre, popular ( an award wining, VisitEngland Accredited) visitor attraction, located on the edge of the South Downs National Park offering a great day out for families to play, a state-of-the-art conference centre for people to meet and a welcoming café where everyone can enjoy a freshly prepared meal or piece of cake. We are also home to several other enterprises including Wood Recycling and Horticulture.
With over 70,000 visitors a year, we pride ourselves on giving people a great experience in an attractive, creative and welcoming environment which includes state of the art buildings, open farm, various indoor and outdoor play areas, woodland walk, maze and camping fields.
The Aldingbourne Trusts provides a range of services for more than 1500 people with a learning disabilities and or autism, as well as people who also live with physical disabilities. We are on a mission to support people with learning disabilities and or autism, to develop and live the lives they choose, operating more than a dozen social enterprises as part of our entrepreneurial approach to providing opportunities alongside supported living and outreach services for people close to and in places close to where they live.

The Salary - £33401.05 to £35584.50 per annum pro rata, depending on experience. This is a part time, permanent position, working 22.5 hours a week. The exact hours of duty will be as agreed on appointment but staffing is required by the team 8.30am to 4.30pm. The nature of the post warrants some weekend working, including public holidays and the postholder being on call as required for occasional emergencies.
