Landbuild are a regional based SME civil engineering contractor operating throughout West Sussex, East Sussex, Hampshire & Surrey undertaking general groundworks, highway roadworks, highway structures, design & build (commercial & industrial buildings) and public realm projects etc.

We are looking for some Quantity Surveying assistance, working closely with our Contracts Managers & Estimators reporting directly to our Commercial Manager your role will briefly include the following key tasks & responsibilities: -

• Monthly project valuations
• Managing and agreeing variation accounts
• Costing and agreeing compensation events
• Sub-contract quotes, placement of s/c orders & management of s/c applications

The successful applicant must demonstrate good experience and knowledge in civil engineering and general groundworks and have good knowledge of NEC 3/4 form of contract.
