Our client is a recognised Brighton based business with a notably strong footing in their industry. A company which many individuals will be familiar with from living in the local area. Following several months of successful growth, they're presently looking to add a new managerial role to their finance team.

The position sits on the client accounting side of the finance function and includes management of 4 members of the team. You would report directly into the Finance Director and Managing Director. Candidates will have a client accounting background behind them and be ready to turn those skills to a pivotal, impact-making role.

Candidate requirements:

• Client accounting experience
• People management experience
• Pro-active self-starter who is able to work autonomously and drive improvements
• Strong technical skills and understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and accounting principles
