Previous administrative support experience in an accountancy or solicitors practise?
An expanding multi-disciplinary organisation in Guildford are seeking a Support Administrator with strong MSOffice skills and Audio typing experience.
What will you be doing?
- Reception: greeting clients, answering telephone, taking messages, updating diaries
- Administration support including audio and copy typing, sending emails, arranging travel and accommodation
- Updating in-house system, creating new client accounts on system, updating hours worked and billing
- Maintenance of office including stationery orders, managing supplies, and equipment failures
- Assist with marketing, including e-marketing mailers, database updates, mail shot and event organisation
What do you need?
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel PowerPoint and databases;
- Good level of general secretarial/office administration skills;
- Good level of literacy and numeracy skills - GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above, or equivalent;
- Good level of copy typing and audio typing (min. 50 WPM).
- Excellent organisation skills are essential;
