Do you have experience of installing or repairing/servicing electronic gates, barriers, bollards and/or garage doors? Due to expansion, both installation and maintenance / service engineers are required by a local company to install, repair and service gates, barriers and bollards in the London and Home Counties areas. Ideally based South London or South of London to cover this area.

What will you be doing?

As an Installation engineer:

• Install gates, bollards, garage doors and barriers to specifications within the London and Home Counties area mainly.
• Read site plans, drawings and prepare equipment needed
• Test system, train customers on functions
• Complete timesheets, expenses paperwork

As a Maintenance/Service Engineer:

• Detect and repair system faults
• Perform routine maintenance services
• Test system, train customers on functions
• Complete timesheets, expenses paperwork

What do you need?

• Experience of automated gates and barriers (safety system electronics)
• Clean valid driving licence
• Use hand and electrical tools with competence, welding etc
• Good interpersonal skills
• Be able to work with minimum supervision
• Gate safe or DHF certificed i.e. DHF, PASMA, CSCS

What's on offer?

• Basic Salary of £25,000 - £38,000 dep. on experience
• Overtime paid outside of core hours Mon to Fri (e.g. 10 hours per week wwould equate to £10K extra pa)
