The client is flexible on whether you're based at their Bristol or London office. Whichever office you are based at, there will be the understanding that subject to requirements, there may be an element of travel to meet the needs of the clients and the firm. The firm is also keen to meet with part time or full time candidates as it will be your corporate tax experience that will determine whether you get the job and not the hours you work.

You will work with an enviable mixed client based across a range of industry sectors ranging from corporate entities and trusts, to charitable bodies, as well as High Net Worth individuals domiciled in the UK and abroad.

The work will certainly be varied giving you the opportunity to utilise your wide range of skills and tax experience. Working on a national and international scale, highlights include corporate restructurings, investment fund transactions and property transactions.

The Corporate Tax team you will be joining advise on a range of tax issues including:

• Corporate finance support on trade and private equity deals as well as structuring acquisition and disposals
• Advising on corporate reconstruction and group arrangements
• Investigations and enquiries
• Structuring property transactions for landowners, funds and end users
• Asset finance support
• Employee related tax advice
• EIS, SEIS VCT and corporate venturing advice
• Environmental taxes
• Tax advice to owner-managed businesses
• Tax-related litigation
