What do we need to see?

• You'll hold a 2:1 degree (or above) with a consistent academic track-record
• Perhaps you graduated a couple of years ago with some proven sales or recruitment experience
• A whole load of of ambition and self-motivation with strong communication skills
• Confidence to carry out business development and drive your own desk (after training)
