Our client is a rapidly expanding modern business with a lively and entrepreneurial office environment. Based in an attractive Hove location, this is a company which is really going places, experiencing excellent year on year growth and re-investing heavily in the business.

The Finance Manager is seeking a dedicated and experienced self-starter to join their team as a Senior Finance Assistant. You will help guide 2 more junior staff as part of a collaborative and effective finance team, reporting directly into the Finance Manager. The role will have a sales ledger focus, but there is ample work across the team and so you will be regularly assisting with wider general bookkeeping duties.

The role will offer longer-term progression, and there is already a succession plan in place which will offer this person promotion into a more senior finance role. My client is happy to consider study support for those looking to complete an accountancy qualification.

This role would suit an ambitious individual with an excellent work ethic, strong Excel skills (including vlookups), and existing experience at the Finance Assistant level.
