Salary: £28,221pa (with working hours to meet the needs of the service)

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic, innovative and enthusiastic Hub & Hostels Manager to manage our Bognor Regis Homeless Day Centre & our new Bognor Regis Hostel. Working innovatively with individuals rough sleeping and experiencing homelessness who are often affected by substance misuse, mental health and other complex needs delivering a recovery focused service to improve the health and wellbeing of those accessing the service as well as signposting into appropriate support and housing/hostel options.

This is an opportunity for a passionate, creative manager to shape the projects to deliver high quality services by way of supervising and training staff and managing the day to day running of the services across 2 sites. You will oversee a range of interventions including assessment, keyworking, group work, housing and benefits advice, needle exchange and other health and wellbeing interventions in order to support individuals to improve their lives and work towards stable accommodation and independent living.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate appropriate experience of working with chaotic clients with mental ill health and substance misuse issues and within a similar setting. It is essential that you will have a non-judgmental and enabling approach to supporting single homeless and vulnerable adults and have experience and knowledge of Health Housing and Work issues facing service users who are in recovery.
