Flourishing, entrepreneurial business based in Chichester is currently seeking a qualified and highly ambitious finance professional to join their organisation as their Financial Controller. Several impressive years of growth and expansion means that this individual will be joining at a very exciting time and play a lead role in the organisation's continued success.

Reporting directly into the Managing Directors, this individual will partner them in making key business decisions around expansion prospects and acquisitions. They will implement effective financial controls and reporting methods, and be a pivotal member of the senior management team. They foresee this role quickly developing into a Finance Director position in-line with the business's growth, in addition to this person recruiting and training a small team to support them. This is a career opportunity rather than just a '9-5' and flexibility will be required around busy periods.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant.
• A dynamic, driven individual who communicates professionally and confidently at all levels.
• Existing experience of leading an organisation through a similar period of change and expansion.
• At least strong intermediate Excel skills, preferably advanced.
