Youth Support Worker 2 required for 26.5hrs a week to be responsible for the running of Needles Youth Centre in Horsham, this provision has been recently refurbished. This post is part of exciting developments within the Horsham Youth Service Team. You will play an active part within this Team and be managed by the Locality Worker for Horsham West. You will need to have Youth Work experience in developing and running Youth Provision and be qualified to at least to NVQ2 or equivalent. You will be expected to work at least 3 evening and 2 afternoon sessions of face-to-face youth work a week in addition to contributing to Community and Multi-agency projects and Summer holiday programmes.
