A FTSE 100 listed global business is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join them in a highly attractive, newly created role. The position will report directly into the global Head of FP&A and is the ideal role for a technically strong finance professional with excellent system skills.

You will be joining a leading global business and reputable brand name which will open doors for future promotions, travel (if desired), and the opportunity to tangibly impact senior level business decisions. There is already a clear progression path laid out for this individual!!

The purpose of this role is to strategically design and implement BI software, including integration with databases and data warehouses. Working with cross-functional teams and under manager's guidance, you're required to gather requirements, design KPI and BI solutions to meet business needs, and roll out to end users.

Responsibilities:

Translate business requirements into KPI specifications that will be used to drive BI solution

Use MS SQL management tools to load data store

Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes

Transition developed BI software to the Operations & Finance team

Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of enterprise data and BI environments for both external and internal users

Ensure proper user access level controls are implemented

Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision

Candidate requirements:

Existing use of SQL systems (SQL Server etc.) and BI tools

Requires strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities

Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills are required to support working in project environments that includes internal, external and customer teams

Ideally studying towards or qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA (negotiable)
