About You:

• An accomplished and versatile ACA or ACCA qualified
• Have held Responsible Individual (RI) status for at least three years
• Be currently in a Partner role or ready to make that step up
• Have the strategic awareness to operate and contribute to the vision of the firm
• Be a proven and confident networker, adept at leading and supporting pitches for new business
• A passion for client service offering a personal, valued and tailored approach to a varied client portfolio
• Leadership experience in managing, motivating and mentoring members of your team
• Relish the opportunity to work in a collaborative, learning and opportunities culture
• First class communication and presentation skills
• Have the drive, energy, determination and excitement to be part of the journey ahead!
