Spanish Application Support Engineer
A 1st Line Support Engineer with strong English and Spanish language skills is required for a software development and support company on the outskirts of Guildford. Great opportunity with good salary and prospects for the successful applicant.
A well established, successful, friendly business in Guildford that supplies and develops a bespoke software package for a niche UK and International market require an additional IT Support engineer with fluent Spanish.
The main responsibilities of the position is to assist Spanish and English speaking customers with program support. This is mostly dealing with general queries on the day to day use of the program as well as technical queries.

The successful applicant will be expected to interact with mainly Spanish but also English customers in a professional, courteous and timely manner. Customer contact will mostly be in the form of a telephone conversation or email but will sometimes require on-site visits which may be overseas.
Starting salary £26,500 depending on experience, 24 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Private Health Care Scheme, Contributory Pension Scheme (after successful completion of probationary period), Start ASAP.
