This role is critical to ensure we provide continuity and consistency to our clients and caregivers, by providing the highest levels of care.
The office Administrator is expected to perform a variety of duties.
They would work as part of a team who are responsible for ensuring smooth flow of information from the office to clients and caregivers as well as ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and relevant.
The Administrators role involves, but not limited to the following:
Offer admin support to all aspects of the business
Ensuring client and caregiver files are up-to-date
To answer phones calls in a polite professional manner, passing on clear messages
Ensure all CAREGiver and client responses are responded to within 24hours of receipt.
Be responsive to changes in the schedule and liaising with relevant team members.
Re-assigning sickness and holiday cover.
