The office is just a 5 minute walk to the centre of town and is surrounded by various parking pptions. Chichester train station is less than a 2 minute walk from the office.

This is a role that will be tailored to you, will utilise your skill set and prepare you for partnership. For the right candidate, it is expected that they will be partner in around 2 years. The role is a new position and has come about due to succession planning.

What are we looking for?

• Should be either ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified
• Minimum 5 years practice experience
• Management experience
• Strong all-rounded knowledge of accounts and tax
• Audit experience is not mandatory, but audits will be added to the portfolio if relevant
• Some advisory experience, looking to develop this
• Background working both within a team and autonomously
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Must be ambitious and personable
• Perhaps looking to move to a bigger firm for the next challenge in your career
