You will need to be self-motivated and be able to think clearly about outcomes. You will need to prioritise and direct resources, as well as negotiate, influence and engage with large groups of staff, teams and individuals across the service and outside of it. You must be a creative problem-solver and be proactive in identifying opportunities for the service, but also effective at removing blocks to progress.
