The Bookings Team Manager will be required to work Mon-Weds and manage the team alongside an existing Bookings Team Manager (Weds-Fri). The successful candidate will need to be a good team player with customer service experience who works well under pressure. Main duties of the role are to:

• Manage a team handling a large volume of bookings and enquries by telephone and email.
• Manage relationships with group account holders and invoicing.
• Help develop Royal Pavilion & Museums commercial activities by supporting front-line staff with advice and training.
