Pension Administrator – DC Schemes

Woking, Surrey

£competitive – market rate + excellent benefits

An opportunity to join and expanding financial services company in the Woking area as a Pension Administrator, responsible for the administration of large book of Defined Contribution (DC) schemes.

Key Skills/Experience:

    • Advanced level of Word, Excel, Outlook and database tools such as Avelo AO (including knowledge of time management and task tracking tools in Avelo).
    • Strong written English and numeracy
    • Graduate (desirable)
    • Industry Qualifications Relevant to position – PMI, CF1, FA2, AE Cert & Prince2 (desirable)
    • Appropriate Industry related reading to ensure relevant up to date knowledge in field is maintained.
    • Previous experience in a similar role

Duties:

  • Supporting the Pensions Team Leader in responding to clients regarding Group DC Pension arrangements
  • Managing client queries and responding in a timely manner, overseeing Pensions Mailbox
  • Maintain accurate client records, pensions documentation recording all activities using Avelo AO
  • Manage and maintain own work flow using task tracking tools on Avelo AO
  • Produce progress schedules and analysis.
  • Prepare client data for quote requests.
  • Collate tender requests for market reviews.
  • Help support report preparation for the Employee Benefits Consultant and/or Director.
  • Compilation of annual governance reports
  • Report complaints and urgent critical issues
  • Oversee preparation of subsequent application forms and delivery of completed provider applications forms.
  • Attend scheduled implementation, template and pension team meetings.
  • Maintenance of all pension documentation and the change control process.
