Salary: £19,695 per annum Contract type: Fixed Term for 12 months Working pattern: Full-Time, 37 hours per week

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our busy HR Department. This role would suit someone with excellent organisational and communication skills who can demonstrate high levels of attention to detail and accuracy in their work.

Specifically the role will involve:

- Administrative co-ordination of the Services end to end recruitment processes, from receipt of authorisation forms to contract document preparation (as required).

- Actioning changes to personnel and contract information on the HR System, in a timely manner.

- Co-ordinating other departmental administrative processes as directed.

The successful applicant will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent IT and keyboarding skills. In addition they will have experience of producing high quality documentation and correspondence, including statistical reports. Experience of working in an HR department and administering HR processes and procedures would be advantageous but is not essential.

Additional Information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
