Salary: £28,167.00 - 29,848.82 per annum, pro rata

Hours: 15 - 30 hours per week (negotiable)

We are looking to appoint a qualified senior therapist, with experience of working with children, to join our brand new service providing therapeutic interventions for children and young people affected by parental substance misuse.

Your duties will include supporting the development and delivery of an effective and comprehensive therapeutic service to children and line management for the therapists in the project, having regard for those who are most at risk and the needs and expectations of partners and stakeholders.

Working from shared locations and utilising our existing relationships with other providers, this is a one year project (in the first instance) aimed at improving the emotional wellbeing of under 18 year olds. Although the wider YP and Families Service works with YP 24 and under, the therapeutic project will be restricted to children and YP under 18 years’.
