We are currently looking for a part time Department Administrator to work semester-time only (36 weeks per annum for 24.5 hours per week), please see the hours stipulated within the job profile.  As Department Administrator you will be supporting the Sport and Exercise Sciences and Sport Development and Management teams by providing efficient, effective and professional administrative support.
To be successful in the role you will have demonstrable knowledge and experience of administrative systems, experience of manipulating and extracting data from a database, using spreadsheets with competence and have a high level of accuracy with attention to detail.  You will also be a pro-active team player who brings enthusiasm and a flexible and helpful attitude to work.
It would be desirable, but not essential for you to have experience of using Student Management Information systems and have a relevant professional qualification in Business Administration.
