We are now looking to recruit an experienced advice worker to supervise our dynamic team, working with older people and local communities.

You will be responsible for three part-time workers who work on three key work streams; Home from hospital support for older people supported by a team of volunteers, a relative support service our solutions focussed information, advice and support for older people with range issues.

This role will be based within the client facing team and you will take a lead role in helping us to achieve an award Advice Quality Programme that is accredited by our national partner Age UK.

We are looking for a Team Leader (19 hours per week) who will be responsible for the quality, competency and capacity management of the team and will spend 25% of their time on direct casework.

If you have strong inter-personal skills, advice knowledge and experience, understanding of the needs of older people, and are willing to make a difference locally, we want to hear from you.
