Salary: £22,742 - £25,573 per annum Contract type: Permanent Working pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

About the Role

In order to help deliver our vision, we are looking to appoint an excellent candidate to the post of Estates Business Manager, who will be committed to ensuring our facility management creates a safe, productive, and cost-effective working environment for our entire school community.

Within this context, the newly-created role of Estates Business Manager represents an exciting professional opportunity. You will help us continue to build on the success of our school, with a keen eye on the efficient running of the facility systems and operations in our rapidly growing organisation.

Starting Salary: four point salary range starting at 23 on the Gildredge House Support Staff Scale for 2017-18: £22,742.

37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Annual leave entitlement of 25 days plus Bank Holidays.

Gildredge House is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Additional Information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
