Business Development Executive
An Oracle Platinum Partner that specialises in the provision of Cloud Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Consolidation, ERP and Reporting and Analysis solutions for industries across the mid-market-irrespective of size, industry sector or budget.
They provide complete service to support NetSuite Ledgers, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Hyperion Financial Management and Oracle and SQL databases, including software licences, consulting and implementation, training courses and application specific support.
The Business Development Executive is tasked with the identification and development of new business through email, cold calling, networking and follow-up calls to new business contacts within the market.
The role requires significant interaction with clients, specialists at Oracle and interested parties within some of our partner organisations.
·Understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs;
·The creation of leads via cold-calling, emailing in order to create interest and make sales in products and services;
·Working and contributing to the companies target;
·Writing proposals, reports and supporting literature;
·Managing your own diary in order to organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals;
·Contributing to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues.
·Outstanding confidence and positive telephone manner
·Some broad knowledge of finance software and mid market would be an advantage
·Track record of achieving and exceeding measurable goals in a B2B environment
·Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
·Knowledge of business organisations, buying influences and purchasing processes.
·Some systems management experience-working in the enterprise systems management environment
