Floating Support Assistants   We have opportunities in our friendly and supportive teams based at our St. Leonard’s, Lewes and Polegate offices.  Please state clearly on your application which location(s) you are interested in.

Come and join our knowledgeable, supportive, professional and friendly teams providing holistic housing support to vulnerable working age adults across East Sussex.  You will receive excellent training, regular supervision and plenty of development opportunities together with flexible working and a great staff benefits package.

Using your well-developed knowledge of local resources and understanding of the support needs of vulnerable people, you will play a key role in helping us deliver a first class service that coaches and supports people to reach their goals following an agreed action plan.

You will have excellent organisational skills, enjoy problem solving and be comfortable working to deadlines.  Good ICT, communication and numeracy skills with a commitment to promoting health outcomes, client involvement, digital inclusion and helping clients to engage with local community support and services are essential.

You must be a driver with access to a vehicle for work purposes.
