Voluntary Action Arun & Chichester require: Development Team Manager 30 / 37hrs hours per week NJC Scale 32/33/34 depending on experience £28,485 - £30,153 full time

To lead the Development team in its work to strengthen the ability of voluntary and community organisations (VCO’s) to develop, resource and provide services to the community by providing support on funding and organisational development issues e.g. governance, policies & procedures, volunteering, monitoring, quality standards etc. for voluntary & community groups across the Arun and Chichester areas.

To be responsible for the management and development of existing VAAC services.

To lead the development of new services/initiatives to support our members

Applicants must have a broad range of experience in the voluntary sector and a good level of understanding of legislation affecting charities, companies and social enterprises operating within the UK.
