The Education and Skills Directorate is looking for a motivated and organised individual, with excellent IT and project management skills, to join our team in the new position of Contract Monitoring Officer. This role will see you managing the contractual compliance of WSCC and Adult Community learning suppliers in relation to the Adult learning grant from the ESFA. The post holder will be the WSCC point of contact between WSCC and adult learning suppliers on non-educational operations and manage all contract and SLA variations.

We are looking for applicants who
Have a strong customer focus with the ability to work as a key client contact and provide a professional service to meet their needs.
Can negotiate resolutions between contractors and other WSCC Services
Have experience in audit and contract management within an educational setting
Will add value across the Education and Skills Directorate in all our commercial operations
