This is a part-time role based at our Chichester Campus. This role will have different working patterns for semester and non-semester time.
The two different working patterns are as follows:
1) Semester time to include some evening work to cover box office duties and2) Non-semester time - may contain some evening work to cover box office duties
This role will be working within the University's busy and vibrant Music Department providing the highest level of customer service support to our students. Our small administration team provide effective administration to facilitate the effective and efficient date-to-day operation of various programmes and activities within the Music Department.
You will be an accomplished administrator, ideally with experience in HE or other educational environment and able to demonstrate effective organisational, administrative and time management skills.
We need pro-active team players who bring an enthusiastic, flexible and helpful attitude to work. Excellent IT, communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is accuracy and attention to detail.
Ideally, annual leave will need to be taken outside of semester time where possible and there will be a restriction on leave for induction week in September and the week of the subject board in early-mid June.
