Mid Sussex Manager Come and manage two major activity centres for older people in Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill. Salary £26,000 - £28,000

We provide food, friendship and fun for over 300 older people in Mid Sussex. This exciting job will involve management of the centres and the staff/kitchen staff employed to work directly with older people. Being flexible is key; from being able to roll up your sleeves and set up tables for a card game to meeting with local politicians or other voluntary sector managers. Setting up activities a new generation of older people will enjoy is a fundamental task as well as ensuring the projects cover costs, stick to budgets and meet targets. These are all skills required. We have recently moved to a brand new state of the art centre in Haywards Heath which makes this an exciting time to be joining our dedicated team of staff and volunteers.
