About the Role

Following the resignation of one of our Support for Learning Officers our very busy Student Services team are looking for a new colleague to join them for the autumn.

The main role of the post holder will be to be one of our five Support for Learning Officers leading good practice within the team and providing a consistent point of contact for all students. Be the first line of communication for parents and students concerning pastoral issues. Closely monitor attendance and punctuality for all students. Assist in providing for the social, emotional and educational welfare of students in the College.  Support with practical assistance in promoting student welfare.  Support the learning and behaviour of students within the Academy both inside and beyond the curriculum.

It is essential to this role that the post holder is a first aider. Full training will be given.
