About the Role

Do you have the motivation and commitment to be part of our highly successful and inclusive team to support individual children in our forward looking successful rural primary school?   We are a committed and welcoming team and are seeking an Individual Needs Assistant to provide support for individuals with both educational, social, emotional and behavioural needs to ensure an inclusive approach to school integration and progress.   The candidates will be required to participate in whole school activities and to support the daily work and ethos of a Church of England Primary School. The candidates should be able to work well as part of a team and be prepared to work closely under the direction of the Foundation Leader, Executive Head and Head of School.

Please note that this role includes 5 hours per week as a Midday Supervisory Assistant which will be paid at Single Status Grade 1, point 2 (£15,013 pro-rata).   Visits are welcomed to our friendly rural Primary School where our vision is: '‘Embracing Christian values, we strive to develop a dynamic and inspiring culture of learning, working in partnership with all members of our community; we aspire to be the best we can be now and in the future’. Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
