Suitable and successful experience of managing finance, health and safety and HR administration within an organisation
Excellent organisational skills with a flexible approach to working and the ability to multi task and be composed in challenging or pressurised situations
Competency in numeracy, with a clear head for numbers, in addition to competency in literacy and ICT with a systematic approach to all work
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with children, adults and external organisations with a variety of requirements & expectations
The ability to work as part of a successful and busy team, having high expectations and aspirations for yourself and all you manage.
Knowledge & experience of accounting systems (preferably SIMS & FMS but these are not essential)
