About the Role

Full Time Post: 37 Hours Per Week Worked on a Shift Pattern. Salary 16,123 to 16,781 pa plus Shift Allowance of 1,501.

We are looking for a committed person to provide an effective caretaking service, someone that goes above and beyond to ensure the smooth running of the College.  Previous experience would be an advantage but not essential as all training will be provided both on and off site.  You will maintain the internal/external areas of the College to a high standard of repair and cleanliness.

Duties will include driving the College mini buses (current valid driving licence essential), locking and unlocking, basic building repairs and maintenance, changing lights, cleaning, assisting with the supervision of the cleaning team, setting up for events and more.

Up to half of your annual leave can be taken during term time.
