St Patricks is a scheme for male and female customers with a background of homelessness, including those with a history of substance misuse, offending, or those who have been affected by mental health problems.

As a Project Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting customers with soft living skills, to follow their support plans and signpost them to local agencies, including alcohol and substance misuse services, medical professionals, probation services, domestic violence support and community groups. you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety within the scheme is up to standard and report any hazards.

The successful applicant will ideally have experience of working with a similar client group, a positive and resilient attitude and demonstrable IT skills is also required.
