You will take responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of the service, ensuring that all staff are properly supervised and supported and that professional standards are maintained in the delivery of the service.

You will ensure that policies and procedures are in place to ensure compliance with health safety requirements.

You will also ensure that residents receive a service appropriate to their needs within the developed support framework. We are seeking an individual who believes in the empowerment model to co-work with clients so they are able to take greater responsibility for their health and well-being and future housing choices. You will need to have experience of staff management and managing a residential environment. You will work closely with the Project Manager to develop a performance management culture of continuous improvement and compliance. This post is for 1 x Permanent contract, full time (37 hrs a week).
