Job ref: CaW/HH   This is an opportunity to use your skills and initiative to realise the plan of providing a lively and vibrant centre and café which meet the needs of local people.   The Haven is open 5 days a week providing a range of activities and services including 3 days a week specialist support for people with high needs, including dementia.   Location: Henfield Haven, Hewitts, Henfield, West Sussex BN5 9DT   30 hours p/w /  10.00am- 4.00pm / Mon-Fri   Salary band 1, NJC Point 11-17, £16,305 - £17,772 per annum pro rata / £8.45 per hour   Plus incentives: pension 27 days annual leave (pro rata)   You will be responsible for:

• Working as part of the team ensuring that the café feels vibrant, professional and is a welcoming place for people to use.
• Preparing a range of meals, lighter options and beverages for customers.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Enthusiasm and commitment to providing a high quality café service for up to 40 people per day
• A certificate in Food Hygiene or willingness to undertake
• An interest in contributing ideas to ensure the ongoing success of the café.
