Could you support creativity in music, film, digital media and craft?

An exciting new opportunity to support adults with learning disabilities at The Aldingbourne Country Centre in Creative Enterprises. Enabling the people we support to take an active and meaningful role in vocational training - expressing themselves, being creative and producing and promoting goods and services in Access Music, Digital Media and Earthworks.

Access Music enables people to develop music skills - creating, recording, performing, dj'ing and promoting and delivering events and entertainment. Digital Media provides training in social media, film and photography and making physical products (mugs) from digital sources. The Earthworks Group provides therapeutic horticultural, art, craft, clay and Woodland Forest Schools based activities.

Promoting people's rights, choice, independence and social inclusion within these creative enterprises and enabling people to develop. Liaising with other staff to provide an accessible, relaxed yet stimulating environment, new experiences and skills, achievements and confidence.
